A New Home

Our new four-legged friend, found a new home this afternoon.  Last night, we let Wingo out to see how he would react to the dog.  At first he didn't pay him any attention, but the dog kept wanting to play with Wingo.  When the dog decided to go towards Wingo, Wingo started growling and snapping at the dog.  I think in some regards, Wingo was protecting his territory and in others, he was a little scared of the dog because he was bigger.  So, we knew after that encounter, that the dog couldn't stay.  So we started calling around to find someone who would give the dog a good home.  My sister-in-law has a girl that has come into her salon with her to do hair and she decided to take the dog.  Her husband came to pick him up this afternoon.  He is going to a good home and will be well taken care of.  He needs lots of TLC and so I'm glad we were able to find him a good home.  And Wingo is especially glad to have his yard all to himself again. :0)
