I know what you are thinking, another wedding? Yep, this summer we have been busy with weddings. However, this was the last wedding for the summer for us. This couple began their walk down the aisle about two years ago...it started just before our wedding and we couldn't be more happy for Eric and Krissie. However, I must say that we will be very envious of them this week as they are relaxing and having fun in the Florida Keys, however, I am glad I don't have that drive to make tonight and tomorrow. Kevin and Eric have known each other since they were in diapers and grew up together. We don't see them often, but it's funny because any given Sunday after seeing each other at church, we always run into them at Wal-Mart. Kevin calls it our "Sunday double-date", church, then a Wal-Mart run for the week. Here's a few snap shots of their special day.

BLOG Books
On the website for The Cutest Blog on the Block you can turn your blog into a book. I have seen this for awhile and decided to look into it. This is the best and neatest thing ever to do for your blog! You can choose the cover, color, picture on the front and back and dedication page. You put in your information and it will give you a preview of what your book will look like. It doesn't show the pictures in a slideshow, but you can have your comments put in the book, which is neat. I mean this is amazing. The excited part to me is that not only do I have the pictures saved, but the story to go along with it. You can choose any date to start with. So I choose to print each book with the year, 2008 and 2009. So in January of this coming year, I will print my book for 2010. Now, it's not that expensive, but even so I think it's totally worth it. Of course, some of you have been blogging longer than me and it would take a long time and lots of money to print everything. But if you have a special event happening in your life or it has happened you can get it printed into a nice book.

Happy 2 Year Anniversary!
Today is Kevin and my 2 year anniversary! I can't believe it's been 2 years already since we got married. All I can say, is that I'm so glad 2 years ago I made this wonderful man my husband. We can't wait to see what God has planned for our 3rd year of marriage. Knowing Him, it will be a wild ride. Thank you to all those that support, encourage, and pray for us. The song choice is due to the reason it's my ringtone for when Kevin calls.

Nick and Tracy's Wedding
This weekend, Kevin's brother Nick, got remarried. The cermony took place in Neeses, SC at Blue Ridge Plantation. The wedding was oustide, which is was extremely hot. However, they had a fan and bottle of water for each guest. The setting was beautiful and except for the heat you couldn't have asked for nicer weather. And thankfully the cermony was short and sweet due to the heat. But it was a nice wedding and receiption and we wish them well.

Empty Nest
Yes, that's right, my little bird nest that I have been watching on my front porch is now empty. I was sitting at my computer this evening, and saw something out of the corner of my eye fly into the window, then I heard it hit. I went outside to check to see what it was (which I had figured it was a bird) and noticed all these Carolina Wrens hopping around and flying around the porch. So I checked the nest, and sure enough the baby birds had flown from the nest and were learning how to fly. They don't completely have the hang of it yet, they can only fly short distances and they keep flying into things. I was sad to see my nest empty, but happy they all hatched and are doing well. They weren't afraid of me and one even flew into my leg. I got some good pictures of them I think. They didn't stay still very long.
