Wednesday, Dec.23rd: We headed to Greer. We were having Christmas in Anderson with my dad's side of the family, Susan, Dan, Tim, and Amanda. Kevin wanted to stop by the lake first to see how much the water had come up since we last saw it in September. Major difference from what it was this time last year. There was almost no water and this year it's over the full stage. Then we headed back up to Anderson to enjoy Christmas was family for the evening.
Thursday, Dec.24th: We had Christmas with my mom's side of the family in Berea at Keith, Felicia and Emily's house with Papa. We enjoyed lunch and spending time together for the afternoon before coming back home.

Friday, Dec.25th: That morning we opened presents with my parents. Then some more family came over for lunch. Kevin and I headed back home that afternoon. Friday night, we opened presents with each other and Abby. Abby got a lot of toys and treats this year. She must have been a good little dog.
Saturday, Dec.26th: That evening we had Christmas with Kevin's family. It's normally very loud and kind of crazy with 5 kids and 10 adults, but it was very calm this year. The kids had a good time.
As you can see, Riggs has grown a lot!
He gets bigger every time I see him.
Even though it was very busy, it didn't seem rushed to me. I felt like each day we were able to spend some good quality time with the people we were with. Kevin and I had a wonderful Christmas being able to spend it with family and each other. We are so blessed to both have such loving and caring families!

*Kevin's friend, Eric Smith, proposed to his girlfriend, Crissie, on Christmas Eve. Congrats!
*Kevin's cousin, Dave Barry, proposed to his girlfriend, Tara, on Christmas Eve. Congrats!
*No dates have been set yet for either wedding!
*Kevin's cousin, Nicole Phillips, had her baby girl yesterday! She was due Jan.7th, so little Miss Georgia came early! Congrats!
